Kèr Hoùwsù (/ho/ /ˈʊwsʊ/ [wife] [blank; plain]) is a subtropical Town located in the Meaavea Region of the Tetbur Commune.

The name Kèr Hoùwsù is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Hoùwsù was founded by Dede Baines, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Kèr Hoùwsù has a yearly average temperature of 29°C (84°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 33°C (91°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 26°C (78°F). Kèr Hoùwsù was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1420, by Dede Baines. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Kèr Hoùwsù was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Hoùwsù is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Kèr Hoùwsù is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of restrictive cobblestone streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. The town's bare minimum defences are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

The style became characterized by an emphasis on volume, asymmetrical compositions, and minimal ornamentation..
